1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CatalogMetrix Mini (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by CatalogMetrix (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal use

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all product data, images, and content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and enhance product content. AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogMetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
